Private Events & Birthday Parties

Art is an experience worth celebrating! Whether it's a kids' birthday party, a private workshop, or a special event, I'm here to guide you through a creative and fun-filled experience! I offer a range of art-focused events that cater to all ages and skill levels.

Private events & workshops are tailored to your needs, from kid-friendly birthday parties with a selection of activities and crafts, to engaging ink and watercolor paint night style classes for adults.

All events require a minimum 3-hour window. Additional time can be arranged at an hourly rate of $25. Materials are provided for all art activities. You are responsible for your own decorations and infrastructure (e.g., tables, chairs etc). If you choose for me to secure a venue, I'll select a location that provides these amenities.

 

Pricing Options

All private events are priced for a minimum of 10 students.

 Base Pricing: $200

  •     Each additional student: $20 per student

 

Package Options:

  • Venue Arrangement & Rental: $25 per hour

 

  • Party Favor Kits: $15 each

 

  • Full Package: $500 per party
    • Includes:
      • Basic Venue Rental
      • Charcuterie Board
      • Lemonade

 

Additional Charges:

Late Addition Fee:

A fee of $50 per confirmed guest added within 7 days of the event will apply.

Overtime Fee:

A $40 fee will apply for each additional half-hour if the party exceeds the allotted time window without prior arrangement.

Booking Your Private Event

For booking, please submit our [Private Art Event Request Form] with the details of your event. This includes choosing your preferred date and time, providing participant information, and submitting any additional details or special requests.

Please submit your request at least 6 weeks in advance!

This allows us to offer greater flexibility and ensures the best chance of securing your preferred time. We can only accommodate one event per day, so please provide 2-3 backup dates in case your first choice is unavailable.
